Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute loyalty program to enhance corporate brand value, capture the youth market and create new growth of business.
To explore brand collaboration & partnership to bring more value to members.
Work with external vendors and internal IT teams for loyalty program platform, Apps to support the loyalty program and eventually an e-commerce platform with Apps.
Provide content ideas and manage monthly loyalty marketing communications such as newsletter and event blast.
Monitor and execute promotion for rewards and points redemption.
Work with the team and vendor on market research, data analysis, consumer behaviour, market trending for reporting.
Develop innovative social media and digital marketing plans to recruit member and Apps download to increase sales.
Manage the POSM and other marketing collaterals with Marketing team to drive take up rate on loyalty program and online program.
Work with the team to provide daily report of loyalty program take up rate, CRM reports and online sales reports.
Work closely with brand partners, supplier and merchandiser to ensure sufficient inventory and new ideas and products to maintain loyalty program and online sales program success.
Manage team to actively source new products to drive sales for e-commerce platform.
Attend to other ad-hoc requirements/tasks as required by superior.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years working experience in CRM.
Manage relationship with customers and business partner to build the brand and the business.
Analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness in term of traffic, acquisition, conversion & retention.
Prefarably candidates who possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
