Job scope:-
- Operate the dispatch system to ensure every order received is accurate and keep monitoring from time to time.
- Coordinate between merchant and rider to ensure that all orders are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Handle customers enquire and assist them to solve the problems to fulfill their requirements and satisfaction.
- Assist riders to arrange the workflow to ensure their attendance on time and performance in good condition.
- Assist riders to handle some unexpected situations.
- Work together with teammates be more interactive and communications to ensure workflow is smooth and achieve the mission.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/company to you from time to time.
