-Ensure proper administration of the gym including signing up or cancelling memberships.-Provide membership sign-up information and explain membership terms.-Disallow non-members or those with outstanding matters to enter.-Collect and record all stock and payments.-Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.-Effectively assist in all member enquiries complaints and requests.-Communicate gym updates and membership matters to members using our SMS and e-mail system.-Inspect and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and office environment daily.-Inspect to ensure all equipment is functioning and well-maintained.-Inspect camera recordings to ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.-Work within Level Up Fitness's Standard Operating Procedures.-Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.-Contribute to delivering a great experience to members and guests. -Must have a cheerful and friendly personality with a tendency to smile often.-Availability to work weekday 1pm-10pm and Saturdays 1pm-6pm.-Proficiency in English is required and fluency in other languages is a bonus as the candidate will interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.-Familiarity with basic functions of Microsoft Excel.-Ideally some form of education in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management Sports Science and Management or an equivalent field.-No gym or fitness experience required-Prior experience in related fields such as retail, services, hospitality is preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered.
