As a Customer Service Associate, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients of a multinational retail corporation. You are also expected to meet the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for handling calls and providing customer support
? Assists customer's requests and/or concerns in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
? Ensures that all issues and requests of the customer are attended
? Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern of the customer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
? Knowledge in Thai language and willing to work in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
? Excellent English written, verbal, and listening communication skills
? Enough knowledge in technology (Microsoft Office)
