Customer Service Specialist for Social Media Support L1
Inbound/Email/ Live Chat???????????????????
Working Location: Bangsar South, kerinchi, Bangsar,Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Rotation shifts (Mon-sun)
Basis Salary:RM2,500-RM2,800 + RM200 (Fix attendance allowance)
Level 1 will be part of handling inquiries from both sellers and buyers via various channels.
The role reports directly to the Team Leader
Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers via various contact channels
Level 1 CS is expected to provide first contact resolution as per the standard operating procedures. In the event of non-FCR, you are expected to follow up and respond back to user on timely manner
To record case details in CRM
To meet key performance metrics
To communicate with key stakeholders when necessary
To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with users
To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
To assist to handle other inbound contacts when required
Requirements
Fresh Grads Diploma/Degree with excellent communication skills are welcome
SPM holders must have minimum of 2 years experience as Customer Service in Call Center- Social Media/Live Chat is preferred.
Diploma/Degree holders must have minimum 1 year experience in Customer service relevant experience.
Excellent spoken and written skills in English is a MUST
Business writing skill is a MUST
Being able to work independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
