We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. If you like to work with people and you have a friendly and engaging personality, we would love to meet you!Job Responsibilities-Support customer service correspondence on our communication channels including -emails, -calls, -instant messaging services,-social media (Facebook and Instagram), -and marketplace chat (Lazada, Shopee)-Adhere Service Level Agreements and align with eCommerce, Operations, and Sales teams to find appropriate solutions for the customer-Support eCommerce team in store setup, customer engagement activities, etc. -Administrative support to the commercial team-Bachelor’s Degree in any field-Experience in customer service is a big plus-Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-Fluent in English and Mandarin for both oral and written-Fast learner with the ability to work independently-Self-motivated and perform well under pressure with strong work commitment-Willing to work on shift including weekend and public holiday-Fluency in English and Malay is a must; Mandarin is a plus
