Details of the offer

- Handling inbound calls and enquiries from customer
- Follow up and resolve customers’ complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction
- To channel & escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader
- Shift rotation required (8am - 12am) 1 shift 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays – arranged by management
- 1 year contract and renewable (Chances to convert as permanent staff based on performance)
- Training provided
Basic salary around RM 2,000 – 2,500 (To be discuss and finalize after interview) + RM 600 (Dual Language Allowance – English & Mandarin) + Performance Incentive max up to RM 300 + RM 150 Customer Service Allowance + Shift Allowance + OT claim
