So what will you be doing?
1. Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
2. Handle inbound and outbound emails
3. Data entry and administrative task
4. System updating
5. You will need to go through a training before starting to engage with customers
We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,
1. Have basic knowledge on how to use outlook, google sheets, and excel
2. Computer literacy skills
3. Good administrative skills
4. Good attention to details
5. Most importantly customer service oriented
6. Able to speak in English and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with customers who are only able to speak in Mandarin only)
