Customer Service Executive/Import & Export

Position: Customer Service Executive (Import & Export)
Location: Shah Alam
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or Administrative equivalent qualification.

Contract & Permanent position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping instruction based on customer’s instruction and documentation by entering data into Pegasus system

Monitored shipment from the departure to arrival for preparing documents, local customs clearance and arranging delivery to local customer.

Arrange payment incur to co-loader, carrier, port, supplier/vendor.

Communicate with customer regarding on the shipment and delivery.

Deal with other departments to clarify problems in relation to local custom clearance, delivery status, pending shipment and other operation matters.
