ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain a detailed and accurate record of customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to address any ongoing issues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or improve service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.
Meet individual and team performance goals and targets.
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
