Responsibilities:
Providing support and advice through excellent communication via telephone or electronically with an empathetic customer-centric approach

Documenting and maintaining clear, accurate case records, consistently displaying due diligence and attention to detail

An ability to deal with confidential information tactfully and with discretion

Coordinating care and working closely with the medical team to effectively assist customers’ healthcare needs

Requirements:
Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in Hotel, Airline, Insurance, Concierge Services, and Healthcare or Medical related call centre.

Possess customer service experience and skill to manage critical and end-to-end customer service management in a timely and professional manner

Willing to work on 13 hours shift rotation which include PH and weekends.

Candidates with current or past supervisory experience will be an added advantage.

Proficient in English, Mandarin is good-to-have as there will be a need to support China market or support calls that will be channelled to Chinese-native speakers
