Today, the company is well known as a leading manufacturer and exporter of non-woven medical disposables in Malaysia.Responsibilities: Professionally handle high volume incoming enquiries on productsThoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfil customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding productsResolve customer issues via emails/chat/calls or escalate issuesMeet or exceed company and client performance metricsMaintain a balance between policy and customer benefits in decision makingResponsible for customer details compilingAny other tasks by management Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any fieldCandidate with experience preferredAble to work independently.Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)Willing to work at Taman Klang Jaya, Klang
