JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as chat and email.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, share insights, and contribute to product and service improvements.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the e-commerce industry
Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin with strong language skills both written and verbal.
