Customer Service Executive/Sales Coordinator

Job Description Main role: Sales coordinator to provide assistance to customers with inquiry about products and services, handle orders and process returns, and providing pricing.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing orders, forms that relate to customers.
Maintain and update sales order database.
Communicating and attend to customers on delivery schedule.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Close coordination with inter department to meet the supply date.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least certificate/diploma in Business Admin.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and understanding of manufacturing process.
Ability to converse to customers and colleagues.
Basic understanding of ERP
Good interpersonal skill
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
