Customer Service (Export)

Job Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls / attends enquiries.
- Attend email daily from customers, agents, vendors/vessel operator, partners, terminal, inter-department.
- Booking handling – Issuance of booking confirmation
- Update schedule – when there is any revision, update, reshuffle plans
- Coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Documentation Department & Logistics Department.
- Coordination for vessel final planning
- Coordinate with overseas agent for various issues.
- Send pre-alert to POD to follow up certain special requirements by customer

Job Requirements:

- At least2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field eg, shipping line, forwarder, forwarding is required for this position.
- Well-versed with import export
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to communicate effectively with all level of staffs and problem solver
