Customer Service (Kuching)

**Job description****Responsibilities**:- Handle all incoming calls from customers- Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers- Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company's procedures.- Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.- To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.- Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow- up.- Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.**Requirements**:- Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)
