Customer Service (Live Chat / Social Media) @ Shah Alam

Our client is a well-known company which currently looking for potential candidate to join their team. They are looking for Customer Service (Live Chat / Social Media) who flexible to work under shift basis to be based in Shah Alam.Responsibilities:-Assisting in users' query on the company's products & services related issues in the given SLA (Service Level Agreement)Maintain a healthy conversation on topics which are posted on our social channels (E.g. Facebook, Twitter & etc.)Co-ordinate with internal teams to provide feedback based on customer conversations and reports.Identify gaps and propose new capabilities that can help the company to improve its social presence.Requirements:-Candidate with experience in handling live chat / social mediaExcellent in English & Malay. (Mandarin is added advantages)MUST possess own transport (Due to the location not accessible by public transport)Flexible to work on shift basis (5 days basis, latest shift probably until 12am)Malaysian ONLY
