13 Months Salary- Managerial Position- Working Location: Nilai**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:Operational Management:- Lead, supervise, and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including customer service and logistics day-to-day operations, to ensure operational efficiency.- Monitor daily sales tracking, review order intake, orderbook, ensure invoicing of dispatched goods, and monitor shipment and goods in transit status.- Review and monitor the order book for a smooth in-flow of supply, ensuring follow-up activities on overdue and pending acknowledgment order lines.- Collaborate with global and regional demand planning teams and manufacturing units to improve availability and reliability service levels.- Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken within timelines.- Review documents related to handling product write-offs, transfers, sample requests, Debit/Credit Note, and supplier invoices.- Collaborate with 3PL partners for logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective delivery of goods and improvement activities.- Support distributors' development and transformation initiatives with strong coordination with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.- Collaborate with the pricing team to support pricing activities, including documentation, pricing review, and proposals related to customer inquiries when required.- Act on tasks and assignments proactively, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all responsibilities.Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain operational efficiency.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with department and business goals and objectives.- Provide leadership in coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Develop processes to drive digitalization and automation in customer service and logistics operations.- Develop and implement policies, processes, and quality standards to drive improvements in customer service and logistics processes.**Qualifications**:- A degree or master's degree in Supply Chain Management/Business or related fields.- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service and logistics operations.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position.- Ability to speak in Mandarin is added advantage to deal with mandarin-speaker clients.- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills with good cross-functional collaborations.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Results-driven skills.KL - **_JTKSM 375C_****Responsibilities**:ExperienceEducationAdecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.The Adecco Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
