Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Customer Relationship management CRM, People Handling and highly motivated attitude.
• Required language(s): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• At least 1year of working experience in the related field (customer service) is required for this position (Contact centre experience is an advantage).
• Project - Contract based position(s).
• PC literate is compulsory.

Call Centre scope - Customer Service 24 x7 Operations Environment
Theme: Formal, straight to the point, informative and clear but at extremely friendly at the same time.
1. Customer service agents are required to answer all customer concerns by using Livechat/ Whatsapp/ Telegram/ Wechat/ Inbound calls.
2. Customer service are to escalate issues to the technical support team regarding tech issues such as disappearance of credit, or inefficiencies from the provider
3. Customer service is to escalate financial issues to the finance team to check on issues such as withdrawals or deposits.
