Customer Service/Operation

1) Entertain clients at front desk for Laundry services provided2) Sorting linen for cleaning according to the type, color, fabric and cleaning treatment required3) Checking and removing stains from linen, replacing buttons and making minor repairs4) Follow S.O.P on any washing formula for each type of linen5) Placing linen on shelves and hanging linen for delivery and collection when necessary6) Follow further instruction or task given by the Management7) Promote laundry services provided through Live Session via company's social media platform8) Reach and promote laundry services towards previous/ current customers and maintain good relationshipD&A Mega Sdn Bhd is the management company managing Laundryzone, a duly licensed laundry and dry cleaning service provider since 2009.Serving in the laundry industry for the past years has mature us in many ways, we are proud to be a part of this growing industry and to have the opportunity to serve with the right and effective laundry service.Our service is not limited to just commercial wash.
