Details of the offer

To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their problems (product, promotion or billing) on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
-Customer-oriented
-No working experiences required (1 month training will be provided)
Minimum requirement : Diploma/STPM
Salary : RM1500 (Diploma/STPM Holder) to RM1700 (Degree Holder)
Shift Allowances : RM60
Working hours earliest 7.45am, end shift latest by 5.45pm
6 working days, 1 day off (no fixed day)
