Looking for Mandarin Speaker - Customer Service:
- Handling queries/requests related to courier services in inbound calls
- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone
- Handling inbound calls related to terms & condition of shipment, shipment status, tracking, AWB queries from Customers worldwide especially Asia Pacific market.
- Assisting customer for account creation process
