First level helpdesk / online support.
Resolve customers’ complaints and communicate resolutions clearly to customers
Maintain customer’s profiles and develop stronger relationships, increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Provide administrative support customers.
Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing.
Generate monthly report to management level.
Good communication skills.
Possess strong sense to resolve issues on urgency.
A good team player with flexibility to adapt to multi-tasking.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): ENGLISH & CHINESE ONLY.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
