Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose
To support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Job Responsibilities
Manning the information counter, welcoming customers, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing accurate information.
Managing lost and found items services in the mall.
Responding to injuries and accidents in the mall.
Managing and monitoring all common facilities, i.e., maintaining the hygiene of the first aid room, wheelchair, baby stroller, etc.
Supporting the Marketing Communications department in all promotional activities/campaign events, including event set-up and redemption.
Handling customer complaints and feedback.
Education/Professional Qualification
SPM/STPM or Diploma Holder
Relevant training or courses related to Secretary and Administrative roles.
Professional Experience
Possess at least 1-2 years' experience in Secretary and Office Administration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
