Customer Service Specialist

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM level and above.
- Have at least 1 year working experience in Admin or Customer Service.
- Have a great sense of urgency, self- discipline and able to work independently.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and email correspond.

Responsibilities

- Responsible in administration tasks such as filing invoice acknowledgement, photocopy and scanning documents as requested.
- Follow up on the delivery status and update status to customer and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and update monthly KPI reports.
- Support in add hoc tasks as required from time to time.
- EPF/SOCSO provided
