RequirementsMinimum of 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in finance industry or e-commerce.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional Chinese language skill is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient user of office systems, both customer service specific and windows package.
Confident, articulate, hardworking and passionate.
Ability to exceed customer expectations.
