CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE ?? PENANG ?OFFICE
Responsibilities:
To establish good rapport with customer, meet customer needs & requirement with aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
Support the department in all sales dealing and customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer profile, order status and keep track on all deliveries.
Provide daily sales & collection update to the sales team.
To work closely with other departments within the organization on all matters pertaining to customer enquiries.
Organize proper filling and documentation of daily correspondence.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree qualification
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Required language (s): Mandarin, English & Malay
Minimum requirement of 1 year working experience in the related field for this position.
Preferable for candidates who speak fluence in English and Mandarin
Computer Knowledge in Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
