This job is for a Customer Success Associate (Hybrid) who provides quality service, resolves customer inquiries, and shares feedback for company improvement.

ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service over various platforms (customer careline, Facebook, WhatsApp, and ticketing system) to resolve customers' inquiries and concerns effectively.
Demonstrate knowledge of Biztory's products and services and how customers could gain profit from it.
Anchor between the customers and internal team, assist internal teams with their strategies in resolving customers' concerns.
Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvement of customers' overall experience towards the brand and product.
Ensure customer success and go above and beyond to ensure customer retention, renewal rate, satisfaction, and possibly service upselling.
Manage company events and training workshops to increase customers' awareness and knowledge of Biztory's brand and products.
Job RequirementsHigh emotional intelligence with superb customer service skills is needed.
Self-starter and proactive in approaching and engaging with customers.
Tireless efforts to put a smile on people's faces.
A friendly, upbeat, aggressive, outgoing, and communicative personality.
Self-motivated and a team player who inspires and contributes to the company's growth.
25 years old and above.
Accounting and Technology Savvy.
Ability to speak and read in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), English, and Bahasa Melayu.
A laptop to work with.
