Customer Support Assistant
A support assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, stockist details, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a support assistant.
A support assistant needs to know the qualities and benefits of all products , as a telephone call requesting information can turn into a sales opportunity. A customer service assistant may also be called upon to provide practical help, such as advising a customer on how to use or view the products through the website.
Job Description
Interact with clients on the phone and internet in a professional manner
Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation
Continually expand your knowledge of our business in order to :-
Accurately answer question and address client concerns
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Innovative thinker with a positive attitude
Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Keen attention to detail and excellent memory, making clients feel known
Ability to learn about our changing product line and articulate specifications readily
