CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT (UK PROJECT – NIGHT SHIFT)
JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENT
• SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of customer service (call center is advantageous)
• Prefer applicant who have experience in customer support field
• Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
• Required language(s): MANDARIN (Compulsory) & English
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work on Rotating Shift
• Willing to work at PJ (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
RESPONSIBILITY
• To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
• Identify and escalate issues appropriate
• Follow up with the customer on pending cases
• Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
• Create report in the system
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 to RM3,500.00 /month
