Customer Service Representative Responsibilities-Advance customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth-Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution-Generating sales leads that develop into new customer-Monitor all customer service channels such as email, social media, WhatsApp and phone-Perfect service procedures, policies, and standards-Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities-Take the extra mile to engage customers
Customer Service Representative Requirements-1 - 3 years of work experience-Some proven working experience as a customer service representative-Expertise in providing customer service support-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening-Positive attitude and problem-solving skills-Proficiency in English-Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools-Recognition of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications-Capacity to think strategically and to lead-Strong client-facing, sales and communication skills-Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills-Customer service orientation-Experience with e-commerce business is good to have
