Customer Support Specialist | Ara Damansara

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ara Damansara.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work on rotational shifts and possess prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible for attending and resolving customer inquiries via phone call, email, or live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns.
Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Salary Information:Estimated monthly salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 (basic salary) + KPI allowance up to RM 500 + night shift allowance up to RM 400.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Able to work on rotational shifts.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
