Customs Cum Accounts Officer

Job Description Job Description: Experience in dealing with Customs Officer.
Good skill in close monitoring of all applications renewal.
Able to go Customs independently.
Possess car and driving license.
Manage LMW applications, Monthly LMW report, Yearly LMW report, and Annual LMW report.
Prepare billing invoice to customer.
Issue Payment cheque and payment advice.
To prepare the payment cheque and payment advise to all supplier / vendor.
Supports Finance Department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transaction, preparing report and budget and other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): EE 2016, Microsoft Office.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Possesses basic accounting knowledge and able to use UBS accounting system is an added advantage.
Computer literate with knowledge in words & excel.
Good communication skills.
