•You are part of our international Cyber Defense team and report into the Chief Cybersecurity Officer. You are embedded into the community of solution- and enterprise architects within Global IT in Hilti. You specialize either in IT applications, infrastructure, digital workspace, or cloud solutions and ensure that in your area of responsibility, cyber-attack scenarios are understood, vulnerabilities are identified, and risks are mitigated. You support developing the IT landscape in your area, always keeping cyber risks in mind. In close collaboration with the different IT engineering teams, you guide in your area of responsibility in the selection and implementation of secure solutions fitting into our existing IT environment and meeting enterprise architecture guidelines. You make sure that systems and solutions in your area are properly embedded in our control framework. You take an active part in developing our prevention, detection and response capabilities. With your specific knowledge you support the continuous improvement of our cyber risk control & governance framework, as well as the development of targeted awareness campaigns. You regularly report on the cyber defense situation in your area of responsibility to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer, the IT Management, CIO, and, potentially, the Executive Board. •For this position, we are seeking open-minded, passionate people with drive and with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a global team setting. Minimum Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar (Master or PhD preferred) • Sound technical understanding of IT architecture and security technologies in at least one of the following areas: IT applications, infrastructure, digital workplace, or cloud solutions • More than 5 years of experience in IT architecture and cybersecurity • Ideally experience in running larger IT projects • Experience in working in mixed teams in an agile setup • Excellent, well balanced, and adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms • Strong network in the Cybersecurity Professionals community • Fluent in English (verbal and written), bilingual preferred
