Cybersecurity Consultants (L2 Support)

Job Title: Cyber Security Consultants
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities: Maintain email security by managing domain permissions and analyzing phishing, spam, or suspicious emails. Monitor and handle tickets related to email security issues and quarantine alerts. Perform daily checks on Microsoft services and create monthly reports on email performance. Adjust email policies, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, and content filters, as required. Collaborate with third parties, DNS teams, and Microsoft support to resolve email security issues. Requirements: 3- 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on email security solutions. Knowledge of endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability management. Proficiency in Chinese language is required to support customers across China or Hong Kong. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
