Cyber Security Consultant Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, this senior role is for a Cyber Security Consultant with a proven skill set, experience and working knowledge of Security Operations Centre, Identity Authentication Management, Data Governance, Compliance, Cloud based on our vendors’ technologies. Responsibilities • Identify and analyse customer’s IT security infrastructure requirements and architecture • Preparation of Scope of Work (SoW) and Solution Design for technical proposal which includes proposed architecture and sizing • Perform project assessment and technical consulting services when meeting with prospects • To carry out the following activities during implementation and operation: • Install and Configure Security solution and product • Generation of quality project documentation (requirement, design, implementation, configuration, user case / play book, and operations) • Provide remote and/or onsite troubleshooting of the solutions and products • To provide guidance and collaborate with vendor’s engineer in resolving cyber security infrastructure, event/incident/threat management platform and system integrations challenges Requirements • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Security with 5 years of experience in IT Security solution and 2 years in consulting, implementation or supporting projects experience • Holding IT Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, CISCO Security and other relevant certifications would be added advantage • Possess good knowledge and experience on one or more of the following technologies: o Cisco Security, Palo Alto, IBM QRadar & Guardium, Thycotic, Broadcom, RSA, McAfee, ProofPoint is an added advantage o Database Administration: Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL o OS Administration: MS Windows, SUN Solaris, Linux, AIX or HP-UX o Strong domain in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Security Operation Centre Solution • Ability to independently manage projects and lead related teams on client engagements • A keen, positive attitude individual as well as effective team player • Heavy travelling is required including South East Asia • Experience in delivering project in a tight timeline effectively • Good communication and interpersonal skills
