ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Processing:
Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, public datasets, and APIs.Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and usability, handling missing values, outliers, and formatting.Collaborate with data engineers to define clear requirements for data pipelines.Data Analysis:
Perform statistical and exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and advanced modeling to derive actionable insights.Analyze player behavior and game performance to support business objectives.Data Visualization:
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.Present data insights in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.Report Preparation & Presentation:
Write detailed analytical reports to support business decisions.Present findings and recommendations to teams and management based on data analysis.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to understand business needs and customize data analytics projects.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes and quality checks. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in data analysis (gaming industry preferred) is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming mechanics and player behavior is a strong plus.
