Details of the offer

Requirements:-Minimum Degree in Business Administration or equivalent -Computer Literate and familiar in Microsoft software
-Able to speak/write in English and Bahasa Melayu
-Female
-Own driving license and preferably own transportResponsibilities:-Responsible for clerical duties in daily administrative for the company
-To assist with general office function, include timekeeping, filling, typing, documents and letter. General administration work and support.
-Monitoring all general housekeeping and maintenance of the office furniture and equipment
-Key in data and ensure accurate data entry in Computerise Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report required by superior.
-Compiles and records data in Computerise Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Coordinate and keep up to date Computerise Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Responsible for maintenance of company assets in Computerise Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Keep track of Defect Notifications, update of spares in Maintenance Management.
-Other duties assigned by CEO.

Salario: 2000.00 MYR Monthly
