Mentor and coach sales members to improve sales skills. Evaluate customer satisfaction rates and develop plans to improve ratings. Assuming responsibilities for controlling retail standards, price and rebate system. Plan, create and deliver sales report to upper management Planning and writing social media content for company official online platform Creating creative design for marketing collateral such as social media poster, bunting, banner, flyers, and etc. Being in house photographer for company events – roadshows, annual dinners, showroom events and etc. Locate and position vehicles for premium photo quality Identify the best angles and lighting for photos Produce quality interior and exterior photos of all in-stock vehicles Upload interior and exterior vehicle photos to company website, and Facebook Working close with marketing department Requirement: Advance in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop / or any other design and photo editing tools.
