Devops Engineer

This job is a DevOps Engineer, where you'll manage changes to software and systems while collaborating with developers.

As a DevOps, you will be responsible for supporting deployment changes, configuration changes, and resource changes as directed by the development or SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams.
Your primary duties will involve preparing for changes, communicating with development teams, executing changes, and monitoring the impact of changes on the system.
Responsibilities:
Obtain deployment notices and documentation from development teams, ensuring completeness.
Communicate with development teams to verify testing completion and assess business changes' impact.
Execute deployment changes, prioritizing low-priority modules and adhering to system requirements.
Gather information on configuration change contents, scope, project impact, and monitoring metrics.
Perform file comparisons to ensure consistency and provide feedback on discrepancies to development.
Execute configuration changes gradually, expanding scope as per system requirements and obtaining approval.
Perform resource screenshots/viewing per development/operations instructions.
Execute scaling operations for services based on instructions from development/operations.
Observe post-operation monitoring metrics and provide timely feedback to directive personnel.
Job Requirements1 year of relevant experience in DevOps or related roles.
Proficiency in communication with development and operations teams.
Familiarity with deployment, configuration, and resource management processes.
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency andcomplete fluency in Mandarin are requiredas the stakeholders may speak Mandarin in their daily work.
Must be able to work at: Mid Valley, KL.
