1. Identify digital touch points for product and brand promotion and set effective digital channel operation strategy.
2. Create contents that are suited for each channel and run digital media campaigns or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) programs to increase channel traffic and strengthen customer relationship.
Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten

1. [Website operation planning and management] Build websites and develop their operation strategies according to the Samsung brand guideline and develop new contents.
2. [Social channel operation] Develop social channel operation strategy, create contents suitable for social channel, analyze social data and derive insights and execute advertisement.
3. [Digital campaign production] Bring forward digital campaign ideas or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) ideas and create contents.
4. [Digital campaign execution] Develop campaign execution plan for the created contents with a set budget, execute digital campaign or email marketing for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) purposes and conduct performance analysis on the result.
5. [Search advertisement and search optimization] List the search keywords for each product and execute search advertisement accordingly; increase ROI(Return on Investment) by regularly monitoring search advertisements; drive optimization of websites or social channels for search.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
