The Role
Designers will be responsible for designing best-in-class eCommerce experiences, email & marketing campaigns & social assets, helping our clients execute “on-brand creative” and increasing conversions through UX design. You will work directly with our design, development, and strategy teams to oversee the successful launch of eCommerce websites for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and CPG brands.
What You’ll Do
Develops creative ideas to support various marketing and promotional campaigns.
Designs and creates visual assets for all digital channels; social media, mobile, apps… through style guides and optimized graphics for each format.
Comes up with design layout and determining technical requirements. Able to conceptualize, visualize and execute design projects diligently and in a timely manner.
Stays up to date of best practices and maintains knowledge of competition.
Design eCommerce user-experiences and branding for clients
Create brand and website style guides
Stay up to date on design trends and best practices in ecommerce
Communicate with development teams to ensure creative is executed properly
Collaborate with Designers, Writers, Developers and Strategists
Create mobile-first website mockups using Adobe XD
Apply QA revisions to mockups
Requirements
Great sense & have an eye for clean, sleek, beautiful design.
Experience in designing websites or mobile applications.
2+ years of experience designing websites & social media
Hyper aware of design trends, especially within the e-commerce space.
Knowledge of vertical rhythm and typography
Knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to proper delivery
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD and other modern design tools
Is a self-starter and stays self-motivated
