We are a boutique recruitment agencySINGAPORE | MALAYSIA | INDONESIA | THAILAND | PHILIPPINES | HONG KONG | CHINA | INDIAThe RoleOUR CLIENT is looking to recruit a Digital Designer to work on our 3M account-based within the off-site agency in Kuala Lumpur. The role will be focused on adapting master campaign assets produced from the on-site team into specific languages across the EMEA region. The creative assets will be focused on the Consumer Brands that sit within 3M portfolio.3M is an innovative global organisation with original roots in manufacturing, however, their current portfolio spans an inventory of over 50,000 products across 5 large business units. They produce a diverse range of life-improving products from Post-It notes to highly advanced technological components, all with the common aim of enhancing people’s lives.We now need someone who can provide additional support to our on-site creative team who are based in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will be someone with digital production experience. Ideally, be from an agency background with around 3 years’ experience. The role is fast-paced and responsive, full of opportunities for the right candidate.Ideal ProfileWHAT IS REQUIRED:Understand the importance of brands and working within each brand guidelinesWorking to deadlines and delivery plans as well as communicating with PM to ensure campaign delivery is on trackStrong communication skillsAbility to adhere to internal processesStrong organisational skills – able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with different deadlines at one timeGood eye for detailSoftware competency within the Adobe CC Suite, in particular – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.SKILLS REQUIRED:Mid complexity photoshop tasks, image cropping, resizing, visual adaptation, retouchingBanner design on various platforms – Static and animated, desktop and mobile.E-mailer design – Responsive for desktop and mobile.Mobile specific content.Social media content.Website assets.Mid complexity of visual execution – Social banners; web banners; emailers etcAnimated content – GIFs, video subtitling and simple motion editsWhat's on Offer?Opportunity within company with a solid track record of successJoin a market leader within Media & EntertainmentA chance to accelerate your career
