Responsibilities • Lead the development team as Scrum Master • Close collaboration with cross-functional scrum team and product owner • Track record of delivery-focused collaborative working in complex environments • Ensure requirements are captured, maintained, managed and tracked • Validate requirements are understood and estimated • Familiarity with project tools, e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Git • Lead functional and technical delivery of key business initiatives • Familiarity delivering projects with agile teams using Scrum • Drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives • Conduct object oriented analysis and code reviews of designs using common patterns • Understanding of latest modern web stack technologies; Responsive Web Design using CSS, NPM/YARN, Webpack, ReactJS, Styled components. • You have hands-on experience in front-end development with at least one of the framework (AngularJS, ReactJS or VueJS) and back-end development (NodeJS, Python or PHP etc). • Experience in hybrid mobile development (React Native etc) is a bonus. • Experience with Cloud platform (AWS, GCP). • Deep understanding of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, networking, and cloud-based delivery models. • Excellent writing and communication in English. • Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure. Requirements Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Business Transformation and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Transformation and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning Demonstrate strong understanding of the digital competitive landscape in Asia with high familiarity of market trends and developments Demonstrate high familiarity with digital business models Proven experience in working with partners in digital ventures Proven experience in working in digital or e-commerce projects Demonstrate solid understanding of the information technology Proven professional expertise in project management and service delivery Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion in a timely manner Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
