46 000! this is the number of generic AD accounts that DIAA team is managing. 180 000 is a number of active Novartis associates, that DIAA team is actively supporting. DIAA Service is a global Business Service, where a direct interaction with Novartis stakeholders is key. This role is to support and assist with the day-to-day management of a set of systems, tools or applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels
Key Responsibilities
•Be the first point of contact for our clients,
•Ensure the creation, change and deletion of both digital identity and IT accounts according to process.
•Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures and quality standards
•Ensure that appropriate operational service documentation is created and accepted by stakeholders
•Collaborating globally with different departments
Minimum requirements
•Degree in computer science or appropriate technical/functional,
•Customer service experience,
•Experience I IT Incident & Problem Management,
•Able to work on shifting schedules (Mon to Fri)
•Fluent English speaker
