Digital Marketer Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:- Develop marketing strategies- Manage, monitor and proofread social media update and release- Assist, coordinate and provide marketing support- Plan and execute all digital marketing especially Facebook and Tiktok campaign.- Develop creative ideas, social media strategies and design to achieve marketing target.- Develop marketing and branding strategy to achieve company sales target.- Engage with the team in marketing work such as prepare proposal, template, brochure to attract new and existing customer- Monitor company website and all company's social media account- To assist on any other related marketing activities- Analyze and conceptualize new ideas for social media (FB, IG, etc)- Propose, plan, execute and monitor social media- Design and create motion poster/motion graphics with sound and content for social media- Able to create and edit short video for content marketing use on social media- Develop and design new artworks for flyer, advertisement, and etc.- Develop and prepare all advertising and promotion materials.**Requirements**:- At least _**2 Year(s) of working experience**_ in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Facebook Marketing, Adobe Premier Pro, other social media marketing, Photography, Social Media Advertising- Strong work ethic and able to work independently as well as in team- Good initiative, conceptual thinking, resourceful, able to multitask, strong time management and well organised- Good photography skills is an added advantage**Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities**:- Create and design graphics for online ads- Create a flyer design for promotion- Concept and edit videos that capture and attract attention- Other graphic and video work as required by the company- Assist with company social media assets**What we're looking for**:- Not afraid of hard work- Able to deliver on tight deadlines- Has a competitive spirit and wants to be excellent- Has an obsession to create amazing graphics for ads and marketing- Has a basic understanding of marketing- Willing to take criticism and feedback- Loves to improve, learn new things and grow both in skills and on a personal level- Willing to take criticism and feedback- Loves to improve, learn new things and grow both in skills and on a personal level**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
