Plan, coordinate and execute effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across all of our digital platforms to meet company sales objectives
Monitoring and maintaining the ads spent budget
Manage all social media platform and implement postings that are relevant to the target audiences
Lead creative development and optimise offline marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and purchase conversion
Regularly conduct marketing research projects (industry trends, FB/Google algorithm changes, consumer markets and competitive analysis) to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Measure and report the metrics performance of all marketing activities based to identify trends and opportunities
Working alongside Sales, Graphic Design, Customer Service and Content Creator team to make sure marketing content is optimised for best performance
Ensure the brand awareness, brand positioning and sales direction is consistent with the corporate direction and vision
Deep understanding of the media landscape such as live streaming, short video etc -|-
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Studies, IT, Advertising/Media with a specialism in Digital or equivalent.
Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in related field
Required Languages: Mandarin and English
Knowledge on Online Advertising (FB and Google and Instagram) is a must
Proficiency with online business knowledge from digital marketing analytic tools, SEO best practices, email marketing and brand exposure techniques
Advanced knowledge of social media marketing with Facebook, Youtube, Instagram
Sensitivity to online lead funnels, consumer understanding and market trends
Well-versed in Retail and e-Commerce
Required skill(s): Strong communication, sales, analytical, management, budgeting and problem-solving skills
