Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Account Manager position serves as the liaison between Arcnoid and its clients.
They are tasked with ensuring that realistic expectations of are set with the client and that the results of the work is reported positively and effectively.
Additionally, Account managers need to ensure that the client’s wants, needs and goals are effectively communicated to the fulfillment team members.
Meets internal and external commitments, responds promptly to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve client service.
Work with and lead your team of digital marketing specialists to build, manage, and retain client relationships by providing best in class service.
