Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities: • Manage online store on Market place platforms. • Assist and Manage in product management such as upload of all existing and new products, images, descriptions and conduct market research to E-Commerce marketplaces (eg. Shopee / Lazada ) • Advertise company products through FB ads and Google ads. (Training Provided) • Prepare marketing content for advertising. Eg: photo / video / copywriting (Training Provided) • Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for the assigned E-Commerce marketplace and website queries. • Handling customer enquiry via Social Media • Maintain good relationships and follow up with customers • Any ad hoc task assigned by Digital Marketing Manager, Directors and Management. Job Requirement: • Min SPM (Secondary School Certificate) or Diploma • High motivation and fast learner. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficient in Photo & video editing, Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage • Positive attitude and have passion towards online marketing industry. • Able to work independently & responsibly with minimum supervision.
