Digital Marketing Assistant

Job ResponsibilityLiase with Mall Management Team / Media / Press-Media Collaboration.
Monitor / Ensure all marketing material is on timeline and in good condition before sending out.
Handle pre-launching enquiry, before new product launching.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market conditions.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative teams to produce engaging content.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and website.
Manage and update the company's social media profiles and presence.
Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Organize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Provide support for lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma or higher in Marketing Field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
Organizational skills.
